An overcoming life of grace
Is not won by warring will
When all hell attacks apace
I must let my thoughts distill
To rise above this deathly tide
When all that I hold dearest
Is pressed hard on every side
Demands a faith that’s fearless
To rest in God’s assurance
The footprints that I’ve pressed
In the sands of time’s endurance
Are best walked at His behest
How lovely and reassuring. Thank you.
Thank You, Bev!
I liked the phrase “a faith that’s fearless”.
Thanks Frank, sometimes it’s not quite fearless
Faith by it’s very nature must surely be free of fear?
Sometimes it is 🙂
and therein lies our humanity
🙂
The confidence we can have with faith is what keep us walking.

~A most engaging rhythm.
